Damaged products from delivery can be exchanged (once) but no refunds.
The damage or the missing order must be reported to Hohm on the day of delivery. You can report the damage or the missing order to us by email or leave phone message.
Once you report the damaged from delivery to Hohm. We will send you the Claim Form to fill in the detail. Please quote your order number and catalogue number of item those are damaged. The exchange period is within 14 days of delivery date
The return for exchange items must be accompanied with original receipt and approved Claim Form
The items those are entitle to be exchanged are full price items, unopened and unused. No products can be exchanged if they have been either opened or used.
Postage will not be refunded (if any).
Hohm will be responsible for the postage of the replacement stock.
Hohm reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute on returns policy.
